Public Relations Officer

BACKGROUND 

Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) is a national flagship research and education institution for Digital Technology and Innovation, nurturing digital talent and innovators to drive Cambodia toward a digital society. 

CADT is seeking for a full-time position in Public Relations Officer with the following responsibilities: 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare cooperation projects with national and international organizations both public and private 
• Seek scholarships and aids from development partners to provide support for the organization 
• Strengthen the relations with digital technology partnerships 
• Coordinate a meeting between delegates and national and international participants for the management 
• Prepare, monitor and provide suggestions on documents related to national and international cooperation for the top management 
• Prepare report and action plan monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and annually 
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management 

 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communication or a related field is preferred 
• Have a high command of English and Khmer languages both oral and written 
• Experience in Public Relation Officer or similar PR role is in priority 
• Highly understanding or exposed to public sector is a plus 
• Highly problem-solving, analytical, responsible, detail-and-task-oriented, passionate and active 
• Ability to work under high pressure and strong organizational communication ability as required 
• At least basic computer Knowledge/Skills is mandatory (MS Word, Excel & Power point).
